Prod Ready Ignition
the founding cohort · not open yetYou know ops.
Let's get you
DevOps-ready.
Ops to DevOps. Get prod-ready in 12 weeks.
You've spent years keeping things running. But the DevOps and SRE roles, the ones that pay more, keep asking for Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD. Stuff you haven't gotten your hands on yet. This is a cohort built to close that gap and send you out with real projects that prove you can do the work.
The cohort isn't open yet. I'm putting the first group together and want to see who's serious before I set dates. Get on the list and you'll be first to get the application and details when it opens. No spam, just a heads up when it's real.
This is the founding cohort, the first group through. It hasn't run before, so it's small, hands-on, and you help shape how it works. The list is step one: you'll be first to hear and first to apply. Seats come after that.
A few years in ops, sysadmin, support, or on-call? Tired of watching DevOps roles go to other people?
That's who this is for.
// the ignition sequence
One real project, not a pile of certs
Five steps from ops to prod-ready, built end to end on the tools every DevOps posting asks for:
-
1git
A repo you actually run, with your own work under version control.
-
2terraform
A Terraform module that stands up real cloud infrastructure.
-
3ansible
An Ansible playbook that configures a server the same way every time, so nothing's a snowflake.
-
4docker
An app you've containerized so it runs the same everywhere.
-
5ci/cd
A pipeline that tests and ships without you touching anything.
// then you use it
A repo nobody sees does nothing
Building it is half the work. The other half is turning it into interviews. So you walk out with three things aimed at getting hired:
- portfolioThe project written up so a hiring manager gets it in 30 seconds.
- resumeRebuilt around what you just shipped, in the words job postings actually use.
- profileA LinkedIn and GitHub that back up the story.
// the fine print
What I'm not promising
I can't promise you a specific job. What you'll have is proof. Real projects you built and can talk through in an interview, instead of another cert on the pile.
